At EXACTITUDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Sale or clearance items, personalized/customized products, and gift cards cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, contact our customer service team at world.exactitude@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

5. Exchanges

• If you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size or item.
