At EXACTITUDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available within 3O days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items, personalized/customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at exactitude.world@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size or item.
